Terra Layne is an actor based in New York City. On stage, Terra starred as Pussy Sludge, the lead role in Gracie Gardner's award-winning play Pussy Sludge. They are a founding member of Manhattan-based theater company The GoodBad Group, leading two of their productions, Katie in Leslye Headland's Bachelorette and the original play Common Addiction by Richie Radici. In film, Terra received two Best Actress wins from the Rhode Island International Film Festival and Revolution Me Film Festival, along with nominations from the Boston Sci-Fi Festival and the Catskills International Film Festival. Terra is currently writing their first play.

Terra graduated from the University of Vermont with a dual degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. After graduating they moved to Australia to explored the world outside the US for two years. She’s lived aboard for a couple years, in Australia and traveling on her own across countries and continents. They’ve hike New Zealand’s Te Araroa for 2.5 months by themself and cycling from Istanbul to Venice. A self-proclaimed extreme sports enthusiast, in their free time, you can catch them out surfing the beaches of NYC, teaching tennis, which they played semi-professionally, surfing, practicing yoga & meditation or taking their parrot Pooja, a 43-year-old Amazon, for a walk.
