Personal Statement:

Actors serve as a tools for understanding, catharsis, and inspiration. My aim as an actor is to create art that moves people, to transport them into a space where they can connect to human behaviors without fear or judgment. I find acting to be the ultimate expression of truth, the place where humans and society shape each other.

I've always been a performer. For as long as I could remember, I felt most at ease onstage, in front of a camera, or competing in sport on a tennis court or in the water surfing, etc. There was freedom in the confines. Knowing I could put a character down allowed for deliberate focus and creative liberation in embodying one wholly. I studied acting on and off at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute from the age of seventeen, and won a monologue competition playing Miranda in Shakespeare's The Tempest. Growing up, I bear witness to my father's journey as an artist, and feared the path for most of my adult life. I lived abroad in Australia, hiked and biked alone for months at a time, started a nonprofit, went into advertising, but always came back to the dream.

It wasn't until the pandemic that I had the time, space, and support to craft a life built around that pursuit. In 2021 I filmed a short film that went on to win several awards and nominations for Best Actress. That was the confirmation I needed. Since spring of 2025, I have been further developing my method technique with acting teacher Tony Greco, who studied directly with Lee Strasberg. There, I practiced the structure and form of relaxation and focus, something I remain eager to keep evolving and expanding.

I strive to collaborate on work that leaves lasting impacts, challenge perspectives, and reflect the complexities of the human condition. The process matters as much as the product, thus I find a joyful resilience in the struggle, and an unwavering commitment to elevate everyone in the room.
